Gilt and chiseled bronze clock representing a goddess with a putto. The dial is surrounded on the right by two doves on a cloud, symbol of love, and on the left by a beehive with two bees. The rectangular base on feet in the shape of bird's legs is decorated with a frieze representing a putto between roses and hives. Two nymphs are situated below the enamelled dial signed "Pollard à Amiens", the watchmaker listed in the "Tardy's Dictionnaire des Horlogers Français", p. 527.
