A Louis XVI Period (1774 - 1793) Console Table.

A very beautiful neoclassical Louis XVI period gilt (gold foil) carved wood "demi-lune" console table, pierced frieze decorated with flowers, flower garlands and ribbon. Tapered fluted legs linked by a crossbar bearing in its center an urn with flowers and adorned by a garland of flowers and leaves. White Carrare marble top.
Restoration in the traditional way. In very good condition.
